Well Care Visits

Your child should have a well care visit at the intervals listed below. We schedule visits up to 3 months in advance. We encourage you to call early in order to be able to schedule an appointment with your preferred provider at a time that is most convenient for your family. We will fill out any forms for your children—such as sports, school, camp, and daycare—as long as they are up to date with their well visits.

Well care visits will include taking growth measurements and vital signs (where appropriate) and often include discussion regarding development, nutrition, movement, vision and hearing screening, immunizations, sleep, parenting strategies, mental health screening, environmental screening (may include lead exposure, screen time, outdoor playtime, preventing exposure to toxins).
